A program specifically designed for 7th to 11th graders who want to elevate their involvement in a project, resulting in a meaningful impact.
- Brainstorming sessions to uncover authentic interests
- Researching and identifying projects
- Guidance on actionable steps
- Monthly updates and accountability sessions
- Assistance in the development of proposals and emails to be sent to organizations, lawmakers and other decision-makers
- Coaching students through the conversations and serving as a mentor on phone calls
- Joining students for meetings, when possible and if necessary
The Write Path
- One-hour parent interview
- One-hour student interview
- One-hour student consultation to identify passions, determine an action plan, including the activities that should be continued and ways to enhance their participation
- Identify new activities that should be considered
- Reserved spot for essay writing
Junior-Year Essay Coaching
- Identify Topics
- Guide students through the essay writing process
Jumpstart: The Last-Minute Program
- A 30-minute session with parent
- A one-and-a-half-hour session with the student
- Potential Common Application essay topic(s)
- If time permits, we will outline the essay and/or identify other essay topics
